If you take the time to do a cake ball tour of Austin, you will find that most of the cake balls out there are dry and lacking in any real flavor. Just dusty balls of cake. Nothing to get excited about. (Crema) cake balls are just the right amount of moist and the flavors are always new and exciting. I’ve tried making them myself and while they were ok, they could never stack up. Strawberry cream and orange dreamsicle are a couple of my favorites but honestly, I’ve never had a cake ball here that I didn’t like.

“I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the awesome groom’s cake for our wedding! Everything was perfect and we’ve been getting tons and tons of compliments on it!”

Jessica is absolutely amazing at what she does. My husband and I met Jessica at a bridal show and I knew she was our kind of vendor when she let my husband try one of each flavor of truffle and cake ball that she had.
My husband was so excited to have Jessica create a cake ball masterpiece for his groom’s cake. Jessica was so easy to work with during the planning process. She was always friendly and responsive to our questions. And we definitely had plenty of questions as were trying to plan a formal wedding for 300 guests in downtown Austin on a budget.
When we had our final meeting with Jessica, we described to her that we wanted a UT Longhorn themed groom’s cake. She took this idea and truly ran with it. We didn’t know what to expect as we left it up to Jessica to surprise us.
She went above and beyond anything that we expected. She created a replica of the UT football stadium with cake balls in the stands. Jessica had scoured the internet to find out that my husband actually played football for UT. She recreated the screen at the stadium with a digital picture frame that scrolled pictures of my husband playing football. It was so awesome that random people passing by our reception venue were staring through the windows to see the arrangement. Even the catering staff and DJ were taking pictures of it on their cell phones.
Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted even better. The cake balls were gone before anyone even grabbed a piece of the bride’s cake. Our only regret is that we even got a bride’s cake. I wish we would have just gotten more cake balls instead!
Jessica truly loves what she does and this shows in her work ethic. We were truly speechless with what she created. Not only did we enjoy working with her, but our other vendors raved about her. Our coordinator, the catering staff, the venue staff – all said that she was a joy to work with. She arrived on time and was easy to coordinate with.

Delicious!!! I had (Crema) cake balls as our dessert for our rehearsal luncheon. Literally all of the cake balls were gone within five minutes, they were so fresh and tasty.

I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but these truffles are insane! They are hand rolled which makes them more delicious, in my opinion… I’m not a fan of how candy-like some truffles are. Of those I’ve tried, my faves are the cabernet and the hazelnut.
The cake balls are also amazing. They’ve been the favors at two weddings I attended. At one, the box disappeared from my table because some chocoholic swiped them. Yeah, they’re that good!

“Kyle Field (cake ball stadum) was one of the highlights of Callie and William’s wedding reception at the Bob Bullock on Saturday!!! The Aggies went crazy and loved every detail and every bite!!! They were in awe! And the cake balls were so yummy, they went like hotcakes!!! Thank you again for making this day so special for all of us!”
